At Zefrai, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to exchange it under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Period?

Customers have a 7-day window from the day of delivery to easily exchange their products.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges

For an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition, Not Damaged. Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

3. Exchange Process ?

To exchange, simply message our customer support on Our Gmail  Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. After that we will pick it up for you .
