Exchange & Return Policy

At Zefrai, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can assist you at every step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).

Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging and include all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that articles purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Online Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by:

Provide the required information to our representative. If all exchange conditions are met, we will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep.

The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days after verification

Exchange Process

To exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 312 1234567. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

After that cutomer(s) need to send the shipment back via any courier service to the company’s wearhouse address for exchange.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged item or an unsatisfactory quality product, you can easily contact our team to claim a refund by returning the product to the Zefrai Warehouse.

Note: Products purchased during any sale, promotion, or special offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
